Project in Cambridge Science Park

Based on a design concept by One Creative. The space has been developed to provide areas for staff to interact, collaborate, socialise or to simply be alone. There is a constant nod to nature and the great outdoors as the space capitalises on the exterior views, maximising natural light. The interior design and fit out intuitively reflects the biophilic theme throughout with exquisite attention to detail.

A completely new HVAC design required the removal and reinstatement of the existing ceilings throughout. Bespoke partitioning systems and feature ceiling details help delineate the expanse of shared co-working space and array of quieter areas and meeting rooms. An expansive breakout area with new catering kitchen and servery gives staff an amazing space to socialise away from the work settings.

Colour, texture, and detail combine to forge a tranquil ambience. The vitality in this fusion helps to distinguish the separate areas and forms a natural marriage with the holistic feel of the interior. This is an inviting and attractive workplace that is both bold and beautiful, providing a range of conducive spaces for employees to collaborate or work alone, recharge, and thrive.
