COEL’s New Property Head Hails Dawn of Agile Working

With more than 13 years’ experience in management of commercial estate and property Daniel Fordham has joined COEL as their Head of Property Services. He has an excellent level of skill and experience having previously worked for both Bidwells and more recently Cushman & Wakefield.

The Property Services department works on everything from maintenance works and planned preventative maintenance agreements, through to supporting the design, build and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems and workplace mobilisations from project phases through to occupation. Daniel envisages agile working to be at the forefront of commercial workspace decisions as we come out of lockdown.

Alistair Rumbelow, Group CEO at COEL says;

“Daniel’s arrival with the COEL team is of immense worth and will be fundamental in our continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.”
