The Way We Work research team has received some personal reflections on the workplace from local figures in Cambridge. Whilst some people never left the workplace due to the nature of their jobs, others are now thinking of returning with the lifting of Covid 19 restrictions. Both COEL and Talent Glue which form the research team are keen to shed light on the thoughts of individuals from different professional sectors by exploring what they value and miss in the workplace.
