We were commissioned to transform three existing office spaces into a vibrant student breakout area for Anglia Ruskin University. The goal was to create a welcoming environment where students could work, collaborate, and relax between classes.
The scope of work included the removal of existing walls and a complete refurbishment of the space as part of a full strip-out and upgrade. We worked closely with the client’s designer throughout the process to ensure the final layout met both functional and aesthetic requirements. The completed fit out features a bright, open-plan design with comfortable seating, collaborative zones, and designated areas for quiet study.
One of the primary challenges of the project was the tight timeline, with completion required ahead of the academic term. In addition, careful coordination with multiple stakeholders was essential to maintain design integrity while ensuring quality standards were met throughout delivery.
The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, creating a space that enhances student experience and supports wellbeing.
