A shared GOAL

We’re in the business of improving working lives.

We’re ‘one team’, focused on creating innovative and inspiring workspaces that improve productivity and promote happier and healthier lifestyles, with a shared mission: to make working lives better.

About us

our Culture

There’s little chance of a dull moment working at COEL as we offer a dynamic and professional environment, collaborating with an array of brilliant clients, including well-known organisations across the private and public sector.

Three people converse around a desk in a modern office, with laptops and notes. The atmosphere is collaborative, under soft pendant lights and a wall clock

We create an inclusive environment where employee wellbeing and flexibility are high on the agenda. We see our employees as people, not numbers.

We are also a company with a conscience so are committed to giving back to the community and being as sustainable as possible in our practices.

We encourage our staff to live and breathe by our company values and reward their efforts to embody them.

Our impact

OUR VALUES

Our values underpin everything we do; from how we work together to how we show up for our customers and community. They shape our culture, influence our decisions and they remind us who we are, what we stand for, and how we want to make a difference in the world.

01

Act responsibly.

Problems arise. It’s how you deal with them that matters. Be professional, take accountability and always aim for the highest quality of work.

02

Strive for better.

There’s always another way. Continuous improvement comes from sharing lessons learnt, celebrating success and embracing change.

03

Work together.

We’re on the same team. Effective collaboration means engaging stakeholders early, communicating well and listening to the opinions of others.

04

Be a good person.

Do the right thing. Be positive, celebrate difference, embrace community and prioritise giving back.

05

Inspire change.

The future is in our hands. To make a difference is to speak up, to reuse and recycle and to consider our impact on the world around us.

My role as an electrical manager means that I split my time between head office and client sites so I get to see all sides of COEL life. The culture here is inclusive and accepting, with everyone willing each other on to succeed. Though we’re busy, we make time to have fun together and I think that’s a big part of what makes it such a great place to work.
