We are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to help us successfully deliver multiple and larger projects.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities and experience:
• Manage multiple and/or large contracts, with the assistance of a site manager, to ensure the contract is delivered safely on programme and on budget.
• Able to ensure projects are well managed and highly co-ordinated.
• It’s a must that all required Planning applications, Building Control applications etc. are processed in a timely manner.
• Produce accurate and detailed progress reports.
• Managing budgets, completing financial records, and maintaining margins on a project-by-project basis.
• Provide Project Management support to projects during all stages of pre-construction where necessary, including preparing and presenting tender presentations, tender programmes and methodology support.
• Develop, co-ordinate and manage detailed construction programmes ensuring all aspects of the build and project risks are captured.
• Identifying and reporting all commercially related risks to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety legislation is always complied with.
About you:
In addition to the above it is highly beneficial if you possess the knowledge and skills noted below:
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and multi-task.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project.
This is a hands-on role, which will require time spent at HQ and at Client Site as required, its paramount that we are able to deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
