Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage qualified sales leads through the COEL pre-construction process.
• Produce pre-construction programmes through consultation with all stakeholders and departments to gauge resource availability and timescales.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are managed effectively.
• Lead project teams, including designers, estimators, and third-parties through the pre-construction process ensuring continuity and consistency.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Manage contract tenders effectively
• BID writing and BID managing.
• Managing PQQ submissions ensuring responses are well written
About you:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the following key areas:
• Proven experience within a pre-construction or project management role within the fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
