COEL were appointed by Wrenbridge to enhance the building’s potential through the inclusion of a hospitality inspired meet and greet area and sample marketing office space.

Initial impressions are everything, we created a sense of luxury with a touch of comfort for guests visiting offices at 330 Clapham.

Within the meet and greet lounge we introduced feature decorative glass and brass pendants to highlight focal points and add a sense of calm from the hustle and bustle of London.

Close attention was paid to the finer details, enhancing the design and ensuring to make the most impact.

The look and feel was continued throughout the building on each of the lobby floors, and through to the sample marking office on the 2^nd floor.

The spatial design of the 2^nd floor includes a varied of working styles to promote a contemporary agile workspace, including desks, benches, creative thinking space, focus areas and games area.
