Our NICEIC registered electricians can schedule commercial monthly emergency light testing, distribution board checks, a five-year Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), lightning servicing, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Fixed Appliance Testing.

Our mechanical engineers can schedule waste pumps, water heaters, radiator checks, expansion vessels and cat 5 booster.

Our mechanical engineers can schedule commercial water temperature tests, weekly flushing of outlets, descaling of tap outlets/ shower heads, thermostatic mixing valve (TMV), chlorination, legionella samples and L8 Risk Assessments.

Gas Safety

Gas safe planned preventative maintenance includes commercial gas boiler services, gas safety shut off valve and gas periodic gas tightness tests.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning planned preventative maintenance includes Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), heat pump servicing, TM44 Inspection repair and F-gas servicing, ensuring air conditioning systems are compliant.

Fire Safety

Fire alarm and fire detection maintenance include weekly test of fire alarms, bi-annual servicing of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke damper testing and fire door checks.
