Gas Safety

Our gas safe registered engineers can provide commercial gas boiler services, gas safety certificates, boiler and heating systems certifications, and periodic gas tightness tests.

Fire Safety

Fire alarm and fire detection maintenance services include fire extinguishers checks, fire risk assessments, and weekly testing plus bi-annual servicing of fire alarms, smoke dampers in line with legislation. 

Security

We provide specialist CCTV, intruder alarm and access control servicing to ensure your building remains secure.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning planned preventative maintenance includes HVAC and heat pump servicing, TM44 Inspection repair and F-gas servicing, ensuring air conditioning systems compliance.

Electrical Safety

Our electrical engineers can schedule commercial monthly emergency light testing, distribution board checks, a five-year Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), lightning protection servicing and Portable (PAT) and Fixed Appliance Testing.

Water Safety

Water testing in commercial premises ensures safety precautions are taken against Legionella (L8 risk assessment) amongst others. Our services also include Hot and Cold Water Safety.

In line with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) we provide servicing to ensure lifts in your building offer reliability to minimise risk of breakdowns.

Asbestos management remains a crucial aspect of building maintenance. Our teams can provide asbestos risk assessments to continually monitor and update your asbestos management plan.
