Subtle touches make a huge difference

Following the original architectural layout by Rees Pryer, our teams finalised the drawings and developed the design to suit the needs of I-MEX (M&E) Ltd. The colour scheme ties into the company’s identity, with copper accents showcasing the materials they work with and rich blue from the logo woven into the decor and furniture throughout the space. This paired with a bespoke wall mural in the main meeting room, makes the space feel cohesive and on-brand for the client.

Work, Eat, Drink, Chat, Repeat

The first floor makes great use of space, with extra rooms on the mezzanine floor – an addition made by our team to maximise the floorplan. These rooms are perfect for private work and small meetings, alongside the larger open-plan office. At the centre is a stunning tea point with feature lighting and glazed flooring, offering a welcoming spot for employees to eat, drink, and relax.

Sunbeams shine through thick clouds, illuminating the shadowy mountain range below, creating a serene, ethereal atmosphere with a pink and blue-tinted sky.

The Power of Light

As part of the client’s brief, we were to create a workspace that inspired and motivated their workforce by not only providing varied meeting and working spaces but also taking advantage of the abundance of light the building receives.

As a result, light is a key feature of the project, with floor-to-ceiling glazing creating a bright, open feel. A structural glazed floor connects the levels, allowing daylight to flood the foyer below and adding a striking touch to the entrance.
