Working closely with the client’s interior designer, the brief was to create a stylish, contemporary and welcoming workplace which would wow & inspire employees and visitors alike.
In addition to general office/working areas, a range of flexible, creative meeting and breakout spaces were introduced. These included large open spaces which are “zoned” using stylish meeting furniture, booths and pods. More formal meeting rooms were also created to accommodate quiet or private working.
There was also a need to consider acoustics throughout the space. This was achieved through the introduction of fabric and other sound absorbent materials used in wall panels within the cellular spaces. Fabric meeting/breakout booths were also installed to provide some privacy in a more relaxed environment.
This was a fast track project with both CAT A and CAT B works needing to be completed within a tight 10 week programme.
