AMFRESH

AMFRESH Group is all about fresh innovation, using technology to deliver top-quality products every time. From citrus and grapes to tropical fruits, superfoods, plant-based goods, and flowers, they run a full-scale operation, offering smart solutions for global consumers and partners. After working on a previous project in Peterborough, we helped to plan, source, and provide the furniture for their new office in Cambridgeshire.

Global brand, local office 

With a global footprint spanning over 60 countries, a team of 10,000 employees, and nearly a century of industry expertise, AMFRESH sought to ensure their new workspace reflected the design and functionality of their established Peterborough office. To achieve this, we retained the core furniture elements while introducing select updated pieces to bring a refreshed feel. To reinforce the brand identity, we infused the space with a cohesive palette of green and blue tones, seamlessly integrated from the kitchen area to the desk dividers.

Space maximised for innovation

AMFRESH Group, not only plan the future, but they also plant the future. This involves prioritising innovation and thinking outside the box. Innovation often comes from collaboration, from casual conversation with colleagues and from having an environment that is inspiring.

To analyse how the staff would be using the space, we did a space plan audit. From this we found out the staff often struggled with having sufficient meeting space, so we recommended the installation of smaller meeting pods and relaxed collaboration spaces.

How collaboration is the key to a better future

AMFRESH Group understand that collaboration is crucial not only for their individual success, but also to the industry’s success more widely. Fostering relationships became central in the furniture selection for this project. Open plan office, meeting rooms, boardroom, reception, canteen, breakout, training areas, community space, wellness room, occupational health suite and locker rooms, all had one thing in common: collaboration, innovation and efficiency.
