Our Team
Senior Project Manger
As a dedicated construction professional, managing fit-out projects from inception to completion. Ed encompasses budget management, contractor coordination, and compliance assurance from the outset. Acting as the central figure in project execution, liaising with clients, designers, and the supply chain to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
A down-to-earth, honest, and loyal individual, I firmly believe in manifesting life decisions through hard work, personal responsibility, and a commitment to values and goals. My career began at 16 as a bricklaying apprentice, earning an NVQ Level 3 qualification. This was followed by a Construction Management BSc (Hons) at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, where I was awarded the QUE Outstanding Student Award from the CIOB.
I was headhunted to join Berkeley Group East Thames, contributing to the multi-billion-pound regeneration programme in Woolwich Arsenal. During my time in London, I was elected Chair of the Novus CIOB Committee, becoming its youngest board member. After successfully delivering a major three-year project, I returned to the family construction business, co-running it for seven years before joining Coel in August 2024.
Outside of work, I am a passionate Ipswich Town fan and enjoy spending time with my family—my wife, Tiffany, and son, Louie.
Ed project manages many of our fit out and interior construction projects for clients ranging from landlords and agents, through to end clients such as Knowles Transport. Ed’s leadership style is calm, approachable, and built on effective communication, ensuring teams achieve the required levels of output on-site.
