Mechanical Project Manager
Introducing our football mad Mechanical Project Manager, Craig Dickson. Craig joined us in 2022, and manages our more specialist mechanical-based fit out projects.
Having gained a degree in Business Management from the University of Bedfordshire, I started out as a planner for a leading compliance contractor, who provided a range electrical, fire, water and gas safety compliance services nationwide basis. Going on to work in project management for the next 10 years i gained lots of experience managing internal projects for a construction company, through to RAF sites.
I’m now an on-site project management specialist looking after the technical services element of COEL’s fit-out projects, including air-conditioning, ventilation, electrical and much more. As a hands-on project manager I lead by example, and have a great rapport with the teams I work with on-site, including sub-contractors.
I love spending time with my young family, watching my local football team and playing a spot of golf (which I don’t get to play enough of).
Craig is an experienced and competent project manager specialising in mechanical engineering projects. He oversees and manages the more mechanically complex commercial design and build projects for us, here at COEL.
Much of Craig’s specialist work includes technical management of M&E installation, working with clients to ensure the smooth running and timely completion of their new office and/or lab fit out. Craig has his Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and First Aider qualifications, crucial for the site work and projects he works on.
