Contract Support Manager
Introducing our inbox master Contract Support Manager, Alice. Alice is a crucial part of our maintenance services and always brings a good joke.
At 18, I left home in Cambridge and moved to Warwickshire to pursue my passion for horses. However, I soon realised that while my love for horses was unwavering, it wasn’t a sustainable source of income. This led me to my first administrative role at a local skip recycling company, where I was responsible for booking in work, sorting waste disposal tickets, and handling general office duties.
Then, the pandemic hit. I made the decision to return to Cambridge, where I joined an energy management company. There, I managed and loaded energy bills and chased payments. Recognising that my skill set aligned with the position I currently hold, I decided to join COEL—and the rest, as they say, is history.
Animal mad, perfume enthusiast and huge Only Fools and Horses fan – I can’t go a day without watching it. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dogs, as well as catching up with family and friends.
In her role, Alice, looks after our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) clients ensuring all engineers are booked and busy. Alice also oversees our current PPM contracts and is instrumental in ensuring our clients have a pleasant and successful experience working with us.
