Autumn Summary – Project Update

Over the last few months our pre-construction, interior design, furniture and site teams have been busy working on multiple fit-out projects across the Cambridge-Oxford Arc, London and Norwich.

With a number of design and build projects due to finish in the coming weeks we’ll begin releasing our project case studies and video showcases in the coming months. In the meantime, take a look at some our project highlights summary below.

Oxford Ionics

This has been an incredible interior design and fit-out project in Oxford, and our teams are now in the final stages of project completion. Our furniture and relocation teams have prepared everything for a successful move and Oxford Ionics are now settling into their purpose-built office and quantum computing home on Oxford Technology Park.

Here’s a sneak peek at the project with more to come in the full case study soon:

Bidwells Office in Norwich

Leading real estate advisors, Bidwells, are moving into a new office in Kingfisher House, Central Norwich. Bidwells have a long history of investing in their offices around the country, as a result, the investment in this Cat B fit-out will transform this 2009 workspace into an upgraded, and enhanced workspace for their property teams.

Here’s a glimpse into the final look and feel:

Knowles Logistics

Warehousing and distribution specialists Knowles Logistics are investing in an extensive extension to accommodate their growing business. Having appointed our interior design team to create their new workspace, our furniture teams are now hard at work bringing together a range of beautiful, bespoke furnishings to create a functional workspace, consisting of a reception, boardroom, open plan and staff offices as well as meeting rooms.

Sadly we can’t yet share the inspirational look and feel design renders for these transformational offices, we’ll save the surprise for the new year.

Hamilton Kerr Institute, University of Cambridge

The Hamilton Kerr Institute is highly regarded in the art world, and sits as a department of the famous Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge. The institute undertakes the conservation of easel paintings for public and publicly shown collections and aims to educate painting conservators to the highest standard. Their new home in Cambridge has been purpose built by our design and fit-out teams, and has included extensive mechanical and electrical works to accommodate their unique requirements to allow their team’s to continue to contribute to scientific, technical and art historical research.

Other sites…

We are also on-site on a 13,500 square feet fit-out in London and have just completed a 30,000 square feet Cat A project in Cambridge, which involved extensive mechanical and electrical work to adapt the base build into the desired Cat A space.

We also have numerous smaller projects and office designs in progress for many other projects, and our maintenance team continue to serve Cambridge and businesses in the surrounding areas.

If you’d like to speak with our interior design or pre-construction teams regarding any future Cat A or Cat B fit-out projects, get in touch.
