COEL and Talent Glue Launch Research into the Way we Work

COEL is very excited to be collaborating with Kelly Drewery, business psychologist at Talent Glue in conducting research into the Way we Work. The pandemic has brought a host of rapid changes to the way we all work; some changes have been positive and some have left us with a yearning for something more.

COEL and Talent Glue already have a number of businesses keen to take part and form case studies or contributions to the research including: Bidwells, First Intuition, The Good Plant Company, Mantle Business Centres, and Cambridge Network. Companies and individuals from different professional sectors are also invited to take part in a survey to investigate what people value in their working environment and what the workplace means to them. Please join us in our study and take part in the survey; it takes under 3 minutes to complete:

Designing Workplaces Around The Way People Work

Understanding how people use the workplace is fundamental to creating an environment that genuinely supports them. As a commercial design company, COEL considers working patterns, employee needs and business objectives to develop spaces that encourage collaboration, focused work, connection and wellbeing.

Our office interior design team turns these insights into practical, inspiring environments, combining thoughtful space planning with creative design to help organisations make better use of their workplace and support the changing needs of their people.
