Birketts wanted their new Ipswich Headquarters to provide a contemporary workplace, which would encourage team interaction and welcome visitors.
The fit-out requirement included the provision of general office, meeting and breakout spaces, together with a cafe/deli and shower/changing facilities for employees who cycle or run to work.
The client wanted their new space to reflect the market they operate in, so wanted a bright and contemporary environment, without being too flashy.
