We are seeking a dynamic EA and HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role involves providing crucial support to both HR and senior management, performing a variety of administrative tasks while promoting a positive culture and embedding our company values.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job adverts, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Maintain records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Prepare induction materials and conduct orientation sessions.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Help implement company policies and procedures.
• Produce ad-hoc reports using the HR system.
• Support senior management with mailboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage Directors’ calendars and prioritise inquiries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands.
• Organise and schedule meetings and events.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
About you:
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good attention to detail. • Knowledge of HR software and databases is desirable.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Hands-on approach, prepared to take on tasks and not be deflected by problems.
• Accuracy and high standards of work.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience in an HR/Administration role.
• Proven experience supporting a Senior Management Team with administrative duties.
