Having relocated to a purpose built HQ; the agency sought to expand its office space to accommodate its increasing headcount and create a hub that supports flexible working and enhances staff wellbeing.

The workplace needed to reflect their identity and ethos; this is incorporated and seen throughout the space, with one of the more prominent design features being a timber slat wall hosting an array of plants around the Crafted logo.

The main office area is light and contemporary and maintains the biophilic theme with botanical displays placed on the herringbone wood flooring and grey carpeting.

A choice of breakout areas has been created to encourage collaboration and creative inspiration. These include a bleacher seating corner in the kitchen which provides a clever space saving solution and offers an area for work colleagues to gather with a retractable screen available to access from the ceiling. Vibrant yellow and dark grey cushioned panels placed on this raised tier of benches really lifts the look of this feature corner.

Striking ambient lighting is brought to key spaces, creating focal points, and bringing a touch of glamour and sophistication to the surroundings. Along the hallways, modular spot lighting compliments the exposed ceiling rafts and ductwork harnessing an industrial, chic feel.

This clever, creative workspace is designed to exude a relaxed vibe which promotes staff wellbeing and stimulates productivity.
